Single Family Construction

Though experienced in suburban home building, the partners at RRG are primarily focused on infill projects where buyers can take advantage of in-town living.  Infill projects present an assortment of challenges and the conditions for each project can vary the approach and design.  With experience in single-family attached and detached projects, the partners at RRG are equipped to work in areas of high density in both cities large and small.

Historic neighborhoods

Working in established neighborhoods means that we are often faced with meeting the standards of existing city overlays, in particular, historic preservation districts. RRG has experience working in some of the most significant of these districts in the Southeastern U.S. From the colonial cities of Charleston and Savannah to the post-war cities of Atlanta and Greenville, RRG has experience in navigating the zoning ordinances that can make building in these neighborhoods costly and challenging. A first hand knowledge of these challenges has helped our team in identifying and executing viable projects when costs can often outweigh current market values.

Quality homes at affordable prices

In highly sought urban neighborhoods, raw land and development costs often constrain builders’ ability to bring quality products to mid-range buyers. Through efficiency and careful planning, RRG has been able to work in and around these markets at price points that are targeted at a much larger market base than the “luxury home” market. Our homes are commonly finished with hardwood floors, tile baths and backsplashes, LED lighting, all-wood cabinets, stone counters, and multi-car garages and still maintain an affordability level that makes us desirable to buyers looking for something outside of a standard tract home. Below are examples of some of our past in-town work that was priced under $300k.
