Working in high density urban areas, the partners at RRG have built homes that provide the benefits of "fee simple" home buying and ownership, while also constructing the homes with the most efficient use of the land.  In locations such as midtown Atlanta, where space is limited, but the buyer is looking for more than a condominium, a townhouse can be a perfect solution.  Like all infill construction, there are many challenges associated with working in confined areas, especially when working on larger projects. Our experience in building in-demand, four-story homes has aided in navigating the many difficulties that arise when working in these environments and allowed us to take on some very exciting projects in this market.

A 27-unit development by Foyer Urban in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, this project is among Midtown’s hottest townhome developments. Completed in 2021, RRG managed the construction of the final 11 unit building. Acting as a consultant and project manager, we worked to help our client complete their vision through coordination of site activities and providing cost saving solutions when possible.

Located in downtown Atlanta, this exciting project in Mechanicsville was completed in 2021. With a total of 11 units, this corner development offers views of the downtown skyline and the gold-domed Capitol Building. Featuring rooftop decks, high ceilings, and large windows, this project is bringing Midtown trends to up-and-coming Mechanicsville, taking advantage of its access to restaurants, schools, shopping, and the Beltline. Views stretching from Buckhead to Midtown make this coastal inspired project one of a kind. Just around the corner from Ponce City Market, this project is an easy walk to great dining, shopping, the Beltline, and Piedmont Park. And for those who need to travel further, the units feature two-car garages. Completed 2021.
